Privacy notice

This notice explains how we process the personal data of people who visit the website and of those who contact us through the form, under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

What data we collect

Through the form: name, company, email, phone (optional), country, website (optional) and your message. While browsing: aggregated, anonymous technical data about visits, collected with Vercel Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and does not identify individual visitors.

Why we process it

To reply to your request and, if there is mutual interest, to start a business negotiation (Art. 6.1.b GDPR). Browsing data helps us understand which pages work best (legitimate interest, Art. 6.1.f).

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to handle the contact and, if a business relationship follows, for the period required by law. Enquiries with no follow-up are deleted within 24 months.

Who we share it with

With the technical providers that help us run the website and email (such as hosting and email delivery), appointed as data processors. We never sell or pass on data to third parties for marketing.

Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and object to processing by writing to info@ironiks.fun. You can also lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
