FAQ
What's the minimum order quantity?+
It depends on the product and the technique: a knitted sock has different needs from a printed towel. We'll give you exact numbers with the quote, plus options to start with smaller quantities.
How long from idea to delivery?+
Design, sampling, production and shipping usually take a few months. The quote comes with a detailed timeline, so you can plan the in-store launch.
Can I use my own logo and phrases?+
Of course. We can start from your phrases, write them together or suggest ours. The logo goes on the product, the packaging and the display.
Do you handle customs and import?+
Yes. We import and clear customs into the European Union and deliver goods already cleared. For you it's like buying from a European supplier.
What products can you make?+
Socks, slippers, non-slip socks, bags and pouches, beach towels, oven mitts, pot holders, aprons and other textile items. Got a different idea? Ask: it can often be done.
Can the phrases be in my language?+
Yes: we work with distributors, importers and chains across Europe, and the phrases can be adapted to the language and humour of your market.
